ARTWORK & SETUP
Design digitizing and artwork
setup is a one time setup fee of a minimum $30 for new designs. This is
based on the intricacy of the design being created. An estimate will be given
before the work will begin. (Any stock design will have no digitizing fee and
we have thousands to choose from. You will not be charged a fee for basic design
changes including lettering and color changes.) If artwork is being
provided, it must be in true vector format (created in adobe illustrator or
corel draw).
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery cost is not included
in the price of the item being purchased. Embroidery for a left chest logo is
$5.00. Any design over 4” x 4” will be based on the number of stitches in the
design, with a price of $0.75 per 1,000 stitches.
HEAT PRESSING
There are several options to meet your needs. Each has its
advantages.
Heat
Transfers
The price per heat transfer is
based on the quantity you are looking for as well as how many colors per design
(max of 6). See our pricing guide. How it works; The graphic images are screened
onto an 11” x 16” sheet or (10” x 17” sheet) and then heat pressed onto the
garment. The cost breakdown is per sheet and on average 2 of the same front
chest logo and 2 back logos can fit on a sheet, providing you with 2 garments

Vinyl Cut Material
This type of imprinting is an
alternative to heat transfers and is beneficial when there is a low quantity
desired. This is the same concept as the heat pressing except, the vinyl is cut
from a roll into the desired logo and then pressed onto the shirt. It has a
little bit more of a shine to it than the heat pressing, but holds up just as
well. An unlimited number of colors can be used without affecting the price.
Pricing for vinyl cut material is based on the size of the logo and type of

Sublimation Printing
This type of printing is an
alternative to heat transfers and vinyl cuts and is beneficial when there are
several colors involved. Again the image is printed onto a specific type of
paper and heat pressed onto the garment. The particular dye used in this process
forms a gas when heated to a particular temperature which is then imprinted onto
the item (clothing, mugs, coasters, cutting boards, mouse pads etc…). In order
for this to occur, there must be some type of polyester coating on the item
being imprinted. Pricing for sublimation is based on the item being imprinted on
as well as the size of the logo. For shirts the average cost is $6.00 per shirt
for a 3” x 4” front chest logo and back logo.

Items
Purchased
All items (Bags, shirts,
sweatshirts, jackets) may be ordered through our distributors. Catalogs are
available. However, prices shown in these catalogs do not reflect the separate
embroidery charge.
Minimum
Orders
There is a minimum order of $25.
Samples
Samples are available. These
must be paid for up front, in full. A credit will be given to your account upon
return of the items and may be applied to your initial order.
Turn
around time
On average, an order of 100
pieces will take 2-3 weeks after 50% deposit is made as well as artwork
approval. If you have specific needs and time limits please let us know and we
will do our best to accommodate. Rush orders are available but will have a fee
included dependent on the time frame involved.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are invoiced on
an individual basis. Delivery fee is based on USPS or UPS Ground shipping
preferences. Local pick up is available.
Payment
Terms
A 50% deposit is required on all
purchases. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards. Net
30 terms are available for established accounts. |
